I am someone who, unfortunately, has had to have a lot of dental work done, & have done so in 5 different states. I have NEVER experienced such a genuinely compassionate office as this one. Dr. LaPorte’s kindness & concern for my comfort were really indescribable. Her assistant, Lauren, is an absolute blessing. The work they did is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful team. Five stars are not enough & if you are looking for an oral surgeon, I urge you to stop now & call this office. You will be in the best hands!

Love Dr. Kelsey Laporte and her staff at the West Knoxville location. Definitely the best dental experience I have ever had. Had to have a tooth (molar) removed at the beginning of this year and wanted to have an implant so I don't lose the other tooth. the staff made sure I knew what was covered and were very good at answering my questions. Just got the implant last week and very happy with the experience. Dr. Laporte is great. I sometimes need extra anesthesia for dental work - not sure if my nerves are wired weird, but with 2 shots I was fully desensitized and ready for treatment, both for the removal and implant. (I did local anesthesia, however the have the option for general, which most people will probably prefer, I am weird). What surprised me was whatever anesthesia they used, even though I was fully numb, I had complete control of my face with no droopiness and able to talk. talking to some friends shortly after the implant surgery and they couldn't tell. overall highly recommend Dr. Kesley Laporte and her crew!

Let me tell you I had surgery this morning and these ladies were 100% absolutely professional. I was a nervous wreck and they distracted me while I was getting ready to be put to sleep and it helped me calm my nerves so much. I absolutely recommend them they were top tier and I absolutely appreciate them so much! Thank you again ladies so much!!

Great first time experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. Dr Hasstedt was great!! He had to remove an implant, he explained everything throughly and the process went very well with little to no pain. I would highly recommend him for your dental needs.

My first time there!!! Awesome staff!! DR. Kelsey WAS AWESOME!!! I highly recommend!! Everyone made me feel comfortable and was so nice!!! I have anxiety when I have dental work done but they all made me feel at ease!!!! Very clean facility!!!! My treatment plan was very thorough!! And post op instructions very thorough!!!
